
Upon completion of the course:

Participants will be able to apply and utilize strategies of loss when working with First Responders and survivors in a crisis or disaster .

Participants will be able to apply and use specific skills in helping survivors to being the process of grieving and to facilitate positive movement and outcomes.

Participants will be able to assess and synthesize various models of intervention having to do with grief and loss when working First Responders and survivors in field situations of disaster/trauma.
